Manager, Legal Programs (Privacy & AI)

Job Summary

Managing a dual focus on privacy and AI governance, the full-time Manager, Legal Programs (Privacy & AI) will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance privacy compliance and develop responsible AI practices in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Privacy Program Manager to refine and manage the privacy program, ensuring compliance with various privacy laws
• Help establish and operate the AI governance program, developing processes and monitoring evolving AI regulations
• Own implementation of strategic legal initiatives, coordinating closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of experience in legal project/program management with a focus on privacy and/or AI governance
• Experience managing stakeholders and cross-functional teams from project initiation through completion
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks or emerging AI regulations is a plus
