Manager, LMS Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, LMS Administration and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all LMS activities, including audience and curriculum management
• Partner with internal teams to assess and improve LMS operations and workflows
• Manage external vendors and deliver LMS training as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Advanced knowledge of LearnShare LMS
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and technical troubleshooting
• Experience in implementing e-Learning and web-based programs
