Key Responsibilities

• Lead the AI Platform team, focusing on hiring, coaching, and developing ML/AI engineers
• Deliver platform outcomes to facilitate faster and safer AI deployment for product teams
• Own the AI Platform roadmap, translating cross-team needs into prioritized plans with measurable impacts

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning / AI with a track record of shipping production systems
• Experience in leading engineering teams and providing career development support
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous goals into prioritized roadmaps with measurable outcomes
• Strong background in building or operating platforms and infrastructure for internal teams
• Solid software engineering fundamentals and understanding of ML/LLM system design
