Job Summary
Overseeing administrative systems and processes for JLL's Global Derivatives business, the full-time remote Manager, Market Operations will manage day-to-day operations, support strategic planning, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate business activities and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Maintain vendor relationships and ensure data integrity in Salesforce while supporting financial administration
- Organize compliance documentation and assist in regulatory reporting efforts
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in business operations or management, preferably in financial services or capital markets
- Proficiency in Salesforce and advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of financial services compliance frameworks and written supervisory procedures (WSPs)
- Experience supporting a trading or derivatives-adjacent business is a plus
