Job Summary
Leading complex data projects, the full-time Manager, Measurement Strategy will scope and manage multi-workstream initiatives, design measurement frameworks, and deliver actionable insights to shape client business outcomes across various US locations.
Key responsibilities
- Scope, plan, and deliver end-to-end analytics and strategy projects, managing timelines and cross-functional dependencies
- Design and implement KPI frameworks and measurement plans that align with client business objectives across the full marketing funnel
- Mentor and coach junior analysts, contributing to their growth and skill development while sharing expertise and best practices
Required qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in data analytics, data strategy, business intelligence, or management consulting
- Deep expertise in SQL, Python or R, and modern analytics tools (e.g., Looker, BigQuery, Tableau, Power BI)
- Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder data projects from conception to delivery
- Strong data science fundamentals, including experience with machine learning models and statistical testing
- Understanding of digital marketing analytics and media measurement is preferred
