Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Medical Affairs, Evidence Generation Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational management for Medical Affairs-led evidence generation projects, ensuring compliance and timely execution
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to facilitate clear communication and alignment on study plans
• Manage budgets and resources for evidence generation activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, health sciences, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical research, clinical trial operations, or medical affairs studies
• Experience in oncology or immunology, particularly with cellular therapies, is strongly preferred
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and external research partners effectively
• Strong understanding of clinical research methodologies and compliance requirements for observational studies
