Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Migration and Customer Onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, guide, and mentor a Global Team of Migration Specialists
  • Develop and implement strategies for client migrations
  • Champion a customer-centric approach throughout the migration process

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor or graduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Management
  • 5+ years of experience in client services, project management, training, or consulting
  • Proven track record in managing migration projects and leading cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, cloud technologies, and migration methodologies
  • Experience Managing Global teams across time zones in a remote environment
