Job Summary
Leading a team of Solutions Architects, the full-time Manager, ML Solutions Architecture will oversee PoC delivery and post-sales technical support while working remotely from the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of Solutions Architects, including performance reviews and goal setting
- Ensure successful delivery outcomes by reviewing technical work and maintaining documentation standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve platform capabilities
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing technical teams in a customer-facing environment
- Strong knowledge of ML concepts, particularly LLM architectures and fine-tuning approaches
- Proficiency in Python for code review and technical assessment
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with operational tasks such as documentation and process design
