Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Movement Communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide coaching and support to staff in communications with the movement
• Develop and implement processes to ensure consistency in communication practices
• Manage strategic projects involving multi-stakeholder groups and high-level deliverables

Required Qualifications:

• Substantial experience collaborating in professional settings
• Ability to build relationships, influence without authority, and enforce accountability
• Experience in community organizing, campaigning, or collaborating with communities
• Spanish language skills
• Prior experience managing people and budgets, and working in an international organization
