• Own the NetDevOps roadmap for automation, observability, and operational tooling
• Manage and mentor a high-performing team of NetDevOps Engineers
• Drive automation for complex environments and build operator tooling for Network Operations

Qualifications

• Strong experience in leading engineering teams in NetDevOps, SRE, or network engineering
• Deep understanding of modern data center networking technologies
• Hands-on experience with automation tools and ecosystems
• Familiarity with telemetry and monitoring stacks
• Proven experience in delivering reliable automation services at scale
