Job Summary

Driving strategic clarity and operational excellence, the full-time remote Manager, Network Operations will own high-leverage initiatives for the Global Dollar Network, focusing on strategic programs, operational improvements, and cross-functional leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Propose and define key strategic initiatives for the Global Dollar Network, managing them from framing to delivery
• Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes using AI-enabled workflows to enhance collaboration and execution speed
• Maintain strong relationships across teams and communicate program status and strategy clearly to stakeholders, including executive leadership

Required qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in product management, management consulting, or related fields, with a preference for digital assets experience
• Proven track record of independently managing complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives
• Strong analytical skills to define success metrics and support data-driven decision-making
• Experience applying AI-enablement to operational processes or strategic decision-making
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to persuade and align cross-functional leaders and stakeholders
