Job Summary

Managing the Optical Network Operations Center, the full-time Manager Network Operations will oversee operational performance, ensure service availability, and implement process improvements while working remotely in the United States, primarily during swing and mid shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Administers team processes and develops goals and objectives for staff
• Monitors performance metrics and drives high-quality oversight for Managed Network DWDM support
• Implements process improvement strategies to enhance operational productivity and efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
• 5-7 years of related experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
• Experience in optical networking and operational readiness
• Proven track record in performance monitoring and problem management
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and non-traditional schedules
