Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, New Business Sales in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and grow a remote sales team to drive revenue in the Mid-Market New Business Accounting Channel
  • Work with sales operations to optimize sales processes and metrics for high velocity sales
  • Manage sales representatives, focusing on activities, KPIs, and pipeline management

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of relevant sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • 3+ years of experience leading sales teams, SaaS software experience is a plus
  • Proven track record of exceeding team sales quota
  • Experience in managing multiple sales strategies such as inbound and outbound
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Slack, and other sales technologies
