Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, New Business Sales in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow a remote sales team to drive revenue in the Mid-Market New Business Accounting Channel
- Work with sales operations to optimize sales processes and metrics for high velocity sales
- Manage sales representatives, focusing on activities, KPIs, and pipeline management
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant sales experience with a proven track record of success
- 3+ years of experience leading sales teams, SaaS software experience is a plus
- Proven track record of exceeding team sales quota
- Experience in managing multiple sales strategies such as inbound and outbound
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Slack, and other sales technologies
