Manager of Access Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Access Strategy & Coding.

Key Responsibilities

• Update and maintain payer coding for all tests to ensure accuracy across billing and registry systems
• Manage payer registry submissions and updates, ensuring accuracy and alignment with current test offerings
• Coordinate with Product Execution and RCM teams to implement payer coding for new tests

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in genetics, molecular biology, life sciences, health policy, healthcare administration, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in molecular diagnostics, clinical laboratory operations, reimbursement, or healthcare-related field
• Working knowledge of CPT coding principles
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
