Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Account Management to lead an Enterprise Account Management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, hire, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Managers, ensuring high-quality execution and results
- Own team revenue, expansion, retention, and forecast accuracy across the team's book of business
- Act as an executive sponsor on strategic accounts and leverage data to manage business performance and improve execution standards
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of people leadership experience managing quota-carrying Account Management or Sales teams
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets with strong commercial judgment
- Experience in staffing, contingent workforce, VMS/MSP, HR tech, or talent acquisition industries preferred
- Strong data-driven problem solver comfortable in fast-paced environments
- High sense of ownership and resilience with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
