Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Account Management to lead an Enterprise Account Management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, hire, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Managers, ensuring high-quality execution and results
  • Own team revenue, expansion, retention, and forecast accuracy across the team's book of business
  • Act as an executive sponsor on strategic accounts and leverage data to manage business performance and improve execution standards
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience managing quota-carrying Account Management or Sales teams
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets with strong commercial judgment
  • Experience in staffing, contingent workforce, VMS/MSP, HR tech, or talent acquisition industries preferred
  • Strong data-driven problem solver comfortable in fast-paced environments
  • High sense of ownership and resilience with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
