Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Enterprise Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement the Account Management organizational structure, processes, and KPIs
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of high-performing Account Managers
- Develop and standardize upsell/cross-sell playbooks for the enterprise segment
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success, with at least 2-3 years in a management role at a B2B SaaS company
- Proven track record of building and scaling a successful Account Management team
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and talent development skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex account strategies
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to drive initiatives independently
