Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Account Management to lead their Account Management and Customer Success teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Account Management and Customer Success teams, focusing on expansion, renewal, and retention
- Own net dollar retention with accountability for renewal rates, expansion revenue, and churn reduction
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with senior customer stakeholders to uncover growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience leading Enterprise Sales and/or Account Management teams
- Experience with Net Revenue Retention (NRR), Gross Revenue Retention (GRR), and expansion strategies
- Proven success in negotiating and closing deals with $100K+ ACV
- Strong expertise in account planning and renewal strategy
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable decisions
