Manager of Accounting Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Accounting Operations (AP & AR).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the transformation of Accounts Receivable processes and develop scalable billing systems using data tools
• Oversee end-to-end Accounts Payable processes and optimize vendor management and payment cycles
• Implement automation opportunities and integrate financial analytics into daily operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field (Master's or CPA preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in AR/AP leadership or financial operations in high-growth environments
• Strong knowledge of AI-driven automation platforms and ERP systems
• Deep understanding of GAAP and revenue recognition principles
• Proven success in driving automation and business transformation in finance roles
