Job Summary

Manager of Activation, this full-time role involves leading a team to enhance onboarding experiences for upper-market customers, focusing on strategy, execution, and collaboration across departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of 5-10 Activation representatives to achieve onboarding and activation targets
  • Define and operationalize new activation processes for upper-market customer onboarding
  • Establish performance metrics and continuously improve processes based on data insights
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of people management experience in onboarding or sales/account teams in a B2B SaaS or fintech environment
  • Proven track record of building high-performing teams and scaling new organizational motions
  • Strong collaboration skills, particularly between Sales and Customer Success teams
  • Experience using data and operational metrics for process improvement
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
