Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute the enterprise analytics roadmap aligned with growth and value-based care objectives
• Lead the development of scalable analytics solutions and BI dashboards
• Mentor team members while managing project timelines and stakeholder expectations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, data science, analytics, statistics, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in data analytics and engineering, including 2+ years in a technical lead or mentorship role
• Expertise with modern data stacks such as Databricks, SQL, Azure, Power BI, and Python
• Strong understanding of value-based care analytics and experience with healthcare datasets
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for clinical and operational teams
