Manager of Advanced Analytics

Job Summary

To shape and deliver a robust analytics strategy, the full-time remote Manager of Advanced Analytics will manage the design and implementation of scalable data solutions, build advanced BI capabilities, and enable actionable insights across various healthcare operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of scalable analytics solutions and BI dashboards using tools such as Databricks and Power BI
• Partner with business units to identify analytical opportunities and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Mentor analysts and engineers, fostering a collaborative team environment while managing project timelines and stakeholder expectations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, data science, analytics, statistics, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in data analytics and engineering, with at least 2+ years in a technical lead or mentorship role
• Expertise with modern data stacks including Databricks, SQL, Azure, Power BI, and Python
• Strong understanding of value-based care analytics and healthcare datasets such as HCC and HEDIS
• Experience in managing quality improvement initiatives and translating complex data into actionable insights
