Job Summary

Leading a team of analytics professionals, the full-time Manager of Advanced Analytics will plan, organize, and manage analytics efforts to provide valuable insights from data, ensuring quality reporting to meet clinical and business needs in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a credible advisor to stakeholders and advance analytic department targets
• Manage and train a team of analytics staff, ensuring timely and quality deliverables
• Develop and execute large-scale project plans while maintaining organization and prioritization of healthcare domain deliverables

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
• 5 years of experience in analytics or project management
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Experience in a healthcare organization is preferred
