Job Summary

Leading a team of Advanced Support Consultants, the full-time Manager of Advanced Support Consulting will oversee client relationship management, deliver technical support and consultation, and drive process improvements in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Advanced Support Consultants to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Serve as an escalation point for key clients, coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues effectively
  • Monitor team performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of team lead or management experience in a SaaS professional services organization
  • Proven experience in a technical support or consulting role within the software or technology sector
  • Strong understanding of system configurations, technical troubleshooting, and support processes
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills for explaining complex technical information
  • Experience working with non-profit and government organizations is preferred
