Job Summary
Leading a team of Advanced Support Consultants, the full-time Manager of Advanced Support Consulting will oversee client relationship management, deliver technical support and consultation, and drive process improvements in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Advanced Support Consultants to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Serve as an escalation point for key clients, coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues effectively
- Monitor team performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of team lead or management experience in a SaaS professional services organization
- Proven experience in a technical support or consulting role within the software or technology sector
- Strong understanding of system configurations, technical troubleshooting, and support processes
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills for explaining complex technical information
- Experience working with non-profit and government organizations is preferred
