Job Summary

To drive innovative healthcare solutions, the full-time telecommuting Manager of AI and Data Science will lead a talented team in developing AI/ML models, collaborating across functions, and ensuring high-quality results through rigorous experimentation and continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a high-performing team of data scientists and machine learning experts, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous development
• Lead cross-functional collaborations to ideate and develop AI/ML models addressing complex healthcare challenges
• Oversee model performance monitoring and ensure the ongoing validity of AI/ML solutions through strategic insights and iterative testing

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field; or 5+ years of equivalent professional experience
• 2+ years of experience leading analytical and scientific teams in data science or machine learning
• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and validating AI/ML solutions with a proven track record of transitioning models from research to implementation
• 5+ years of experience conducting quantitative analytics
• Demonstrated expertise in AI/ML development methods and familiarity with core data science libraries
