Manager of AI Deployment

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Forward AI Deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of Forward Deployed Engineers, ensuring clear priorities and support
• Own the customer deployment journey from signed contract through successful go-live
• Run weekly deployment reviews and maintain an up-to-date deployment calendar

Required Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of experience managing technical teams in implementation or customer onboarding
• Demonstrated track record of developing high-performing individual contributors
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent customer deployments
• Strong operational instincts with a focus on building systems and processes
• Experience in forward-deployed or professional services organizations is a plus
