Manager of AI Products

Job Summary

To support the development of AI capabilities, the full-time remote Manager of AI Products will personally design, build, and implement AI features while collaborating with product leadership and engaging clients to enhance healthcare workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the MedicatOne Product Manager to shape the AI product roadmap and translate provider needs into AI proposals
• Engage with clients to gather feedback and validate product direction, serving as a senior contact for strategic conversations about AI capabilities
• Design and develop AI features, ensuring quality and compliance while actively participating in the coding and architectural decisions

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product engineering or technical product management, with at least 3 years focused on building AI or ML-powered features
• Substantial background in healthcare IT, including experience with EHR environments and knowledge of healthcare data standards such as HL7 and FHIR
• Hands-on experience with LLM API integration and familiarity with RAG architectures and vector databases
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and present technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Strong coding skills and experience in API design and backend services, with a focus on healthcare datasets
