Key Responsibilities

Lead AI initiatives through L2/L3 business case refinement and pilot execution planning
Translate business cases into actionable requirements and coordinate cross-functional development efforts
Define pilot success criteria and ensure measurable value realization before transitioning to Product and Technology teams

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent experience considered
3+ years of experience in business analysis, product coordination, or technology-enabled transformation initiatives
Experience translating business requirements into structured solution designs or pilots
Strong understanding of AI and automation concepts in regulated or healthcare environments
Experience defining KPIs and measuring value realization for technology initiatives
