Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, AI Solutions Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and develop AI Solutions Engineers, focusing on technical quality and customer engagement
• Set and maintain technical standards for specifications, evaluation frameworks, and customer deliverables
• Lead technical discussions on strategic accounts, including solution design and collaboration with customer research teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in applied ML, AI solutions engineering, or technical presales roles
• 2+ years of experience managing technical teams, preferably in a presales or solutions engineering context
• Strong expertise in advanced AI concepts such as LLMs and training data pipelines
• Experience working towards revenue or pipeline goals in a go-to-market organization
• B.S. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
