Job Summary

Responsible for recruiting, training, and managing CIEE ambassadors at U.S. campuses, the remote Manager of Ambassador Programs will develop strategies to increase participation in study abroad programs while collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective communication and engagement.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage systems and processes for recruiting, training, and monitoring ambassadors
  • Develop and implement a recruitment and marketing plan to achieve ambassador goals
  • Train internal teams on the ambassador program and measure the success of ambassadors and cohorts
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or international equivalent
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, campus advertising, or similar fields
  • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Slack, CRM systems, and Asana
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent English writing and editing skills
