Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Analytics & Insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of new processes and methodologies to enhance analytical capabilities
• Provide analytical support for Sales and Operations teams through data analysis and reporting
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable tasks

Required Qualifications

• Degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics or Computer Science
• 5+ years of experience in sales analytics, preferably in a direct-to-consumer brand
• Prior management experience leading analytical resources
• Proficiency in data mining and advanced analysis techniques
• 5+ years of SQL experience with the ability to manipulate data efficiently
