Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Analytics to lead a team in transforming healthcare data into innovative products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of analysts to leverage healthcare data for new product development
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product initiatives and drive process improvements
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of analytical processes while communicating insights to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and strong experience with SQL Server
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field is a plus
• Experience with cloud analytics platforms like Databricks is a plus
