Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Analytics to serve as a senior individual contributor on their Analytics team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable analytics solutions using tools like DBT, GitHub, and Streamlit
• Conduct data modeling and analysis to generate insights that inform business strategy
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand analytics needs and prioritize requests

Qualifications & Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in data analytics or a related field
• Strong proficiency with GitHub and hands-on experience with DBT
• Experience in healthcare, specifically with pharmacy and medical claims data
• Expertise in SQL and Python for data analysis
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
