Manager of Analytics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Analytics, Counterparty Risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Design KPIs, early-warning indicators, and predictive models to manage credit and fraud risk effectively
• Lead fraud detection initiatives by building monitoring systems and analyzing data to identify trends and emerging risks
• Develop and maintain comprehensive dealer risk scorecards covering fraud, credit, operational performance, and compliance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Research, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent work experience
• 5 years of experience in risk analytics, fraud management, or dealer performance oversight
• 2 years of people management experience
• Background in home improvement or RV financing strongly preferred
• Proficiency in SQL (Snowflake), BI tools (Power BI), and programming languages such as Python or R
