Manager of Analytics and BI

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Analytics and Business Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and improve the BI and reporting architecture, including dashboards and performance optimization
• Develop and maintain high-impact dashboards, reports, and datasets while mentoring a small BI team
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions and conduct ad-hoc analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Data Science, Actuarial Science, Finance, or a related field
• Advanced experience with Power BI, including data modeling and performance tuning
• Strong SQL proficiency with experience in writing complex queries
• Experience in managing or coaching data professionals
• Understanding of data models and dimensional modeling concepts
