Manager of Analytics and Data Science

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Analytics and Data Science to lead its Finance Reporting and Analytics team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team in building interactive dashboards, predictive models, and reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI, Python, and SQL
• Apply advanced analytics techniques to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and support business decision-making
• Deliver analysis, dashboards, and insights that enable Finance leaders to make informed decisions quickly

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Statistics, Quantitative Economics, Quantitative Marketing, Finance, or an MBA with relevant professional experience
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in pricing or financial analysis, business planning, or a similar quantitative discipline
• Proven experience in data strategy, analytics leadership, and AI implementation
• Experience with management reporting and working knowledge of ERP systems and data extraction
• Strategic and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate technical advancements into business impact
