Manager of Ancillary Services
Job Summary
To support patient care delivery, the full-time Manager of Ancillary Services will oversee the operational execution and continuous improvement of ancillary service lines, ensuring compliance and efficiency while managing vendor relationships and cross-functional coordination in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operational management of ancillary service lines, focusing on efficiency and service delivery consistency
- Manage relationships with ancillary service vendors, ensuring performance meets service level agreements and resolving issues as needed
- Prepare operational reports and provide analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making for the Director of Operational Enablement & Ancillary Services
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred
- Three to five years of experience in healthcare operations, ancillary services, or related roles
- Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau preferred
- Strong Excel skills required
