Manager of Application Assurance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Application Assurance (NOC) to lead a 24/7 team responsible for monitoring and resolving data center and application issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of NOC Assurance technicians monitoring applications and systems 24/7
• Provide daily support and direction to NOC technicians, managing workload priorities and technical assistance
• Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate career development discussions for team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
• 5+ years of technical leadership in Data Center, Server reliability, IT Infrastructure, or application assurance
• Experience with monitoring software and infrastructure management tools
• Solid understanding of data center infrastructure, virtualization, and application stacks
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S
