Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Application Development & Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full software development lifecycle for health insurance systems
• Lead application modernization efforts, including cloud migration and microservices development
• Manage resource allocation, project timelines, and development budgets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred
• At least 10 years of experience in Information Technology, with 7 years in Application Development and Support
• Three years of supervisory experience
• Experience in the health insurance or healthcare technology sector is strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems and regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA)
