Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Application Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the team to align with business goals and technical standards
• Oversee production support and manage incident resolution in accordance with established SLAs
• Prepare and present operational dashboards and KPIs to track team performance and delivery metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 6-8 years of experience managing production support for mission-critical IT applications
• 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring a development support team
• Experience in developing support strategies to scale existing teams
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
