Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Application and Technical Support Specialists
- Oversee daily support operations, including workload distribution and customer satisfaction
- Monitor support dashboards to identify trends and inform operational decisions
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Application Support, Technical Support, or Data Analytics
- 2+ years of direct people-management experience in a customer-facing or technical environment
- Familiarity with healthcare benchmarking or business intelligence tools
- Experience supporting complex SaaS or data-driven products
- Strong understanding of data workflows and benchmarking methodologies
