Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Application and Technical Support Specialists
  • Oversee daily support operations, including workload distribution and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor support dashboards to identify trends and inform operational decisions
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Application Support, Technical Support, or Data Analytics
  • 2+ years of direct people-management experience in a customer-facing or technical environment
  • Familiarity with healthcare benchmarking or business intelligence tools
  • Experience supporting complex SaaS or data-driven products
  • Strong understanding of data workflows and benchmarking methodologies
