Manager of Applications

Job Summary

Manager of Applications, responsible for managing a team and fostering relationships with operational leaders in a full-time, exempt position focused on application management and project oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage application roadmaps and ensure adoption of core technologies across the organization
• Oversee project management efforts and coordinate cross-functional teams for application-related projects
• Develop and manage team performance metrics, conduct performance reviews, and support staff development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 8 years equivalent experience
• Epic/Workday/Application certifications or ability to achieve them
• Lean Green Belt certification or ability to achieve it
• 5 years of experience with enterprise platforms (EHRs/ITSM/ERPs)
• Strong leadership skills and ability to drive process improvements
