Job Summary

Driving financial performance across the revenue cycle, the full-time Manager of AR Support will improve analytics, optimize accounts receivable, and provide operational support while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as a contact for facility/client data and reporting requests, including ad hoc and routine reporting
  • Partner with hospital/clinic leadership and finance teams to deliver actionable insights and monitor AR performance
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the staff, ensuring alignment between analytics, AR operations, and client support functions
Required qualifications
  • 5-8+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, particularly in multi-entity environments
  • 2-4+ years in a managerial or senior analyst capacity
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with EHR/billing systems, preferably CPSI
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end revenue cycle workflows and data solutions
  • Experience managing stakeholder data requests is strongly preferred
