Job Summary
Leading a team of assessment professionals, the full-time remote Manager of Assessment Services will oversee the implementation and onboarding of assessment products, deliver ongoing advisory support to key accounts, and manage assessment migration and content services to enhance customer value.
Key responsibilities
- Own the implementation and onboarding process for assessment products, ensuring successful configuration and go-live support for strategic accounts
- Build and execute a playbook for ongoing advisory support, fostering strong relationships with key accounts through data coaching and usage reviews
- Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team, setting clear expectations and optimizing operational processes for scalability and quality
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in K-12 EdTech, assessment, or customer-facing professional services
- 3+ years of people management experience, including hiring and performance management
- Deep understanding of formative and interim assessments and their application in educational settings
- Experience collaborating directly with district and school leaders, instructional coaches, and assessment coordinators
- Strong operational instincts with a proven ability to develop scalable processes
