Manager of Asset Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Asset Management to oversee a portfolio of utility-scale solar and/or storage assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee contracted services on assigned assets and ensure compliance with service agreements
• Develop business plans, including P&L and capital budgets, and report on variances
• Manage legal, contractual, regulatory, and commercial issues, and interface with equity partners and third parties

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of business experience in the energy industry, with at least 3 years in asset management roles
• Experience with plant operations, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting on solar or storage assets
• Knowledge of power market concepts, including physical and virtual PPAs and commodity price curves
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and reporting
