Manager of Audience Ingestion

Job Summary

Managing end-to-end data ingestion workflows, the full-time remote Manager of Audience Ingestion will oversee partner data validation, standardization, and delivery while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality and compliance of audience datasets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of partner data ingestion workflows, ensuring proper validation and formatting of incoming files
• Serve as the primary operational contact for partners, clarifying technical requirements and managing onboarding processes
• Perform quality assurance checks on incoming data and maintain documentation for partner file specifications and ingestion processes

Required Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience in data ingestion, ETL/ELT operations, or similar data operations roles
• Proficiency with SQL, Snowflake, and file validation techniques
• Strong understanding of data file formats, taxonomies, and mapping logic
• Experience managing multiple ingestion workflows while meeting SLAs and quality expectations
• Familiarity with intake/ticketing systems, such as Workfront, is preferred
