Job Summary

Leading the evolution of HR operations, the full-time remote Manager of Automation and AI will manage teams focused on enabling automation, AI-supported services, and data governance to enhance service delivery and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of automation and AI services to streamline HR operations
• Drive the application of technologies to improve efficiency and standardization of HR processes
• Enable data governance and analytics to support operational decision-making and performance management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant experience
• 4 years of progressive leadership experience
• 6 years of HR-related experience
