Job Summary

To support evolving HR operations, the full-time remote Manager of Automation and AI will lead teams in designing and implementing automation and AI-enabled services, ensuring data governance and analytics to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead teams to design, build, and sustain automation and AI solutions that support HR operations
• Drive the application of technologies to streamline HR processes and improve service delivery
• Enable data governance and analytics to inform decision-making and enhance performance management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant experience
• 4 years of progressive leadership experience
• 6 years of HR-related experience
