Manager of Automation and AI

Job Summary

Leading HR operations, the full-time remote Manager of Automation and AI will manage teams responsible for enabling automation, AI-supported services, and analytics to enhance service delivery and decision-making within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, build, and sustainment of automation and AI-enabled services to improve HR operations
• Drive the application of technologies like Power Automate and Power BI to enhance efficiency and consistency
• Enable data governance and analytics to support operational decision-making and performance management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant experience
• 4 years of progressive leadership experience
• 6 years of HR-related experience
