Job Summary

Leading HR operations and service delivery, the full-time remote Manager of Automation and Insights will enable automation, AI-supported services, and data governance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead teams to design and sustain automation and AI-enabled services that enhance HR operations
• Drive the application of technologies to streamline HR processes and improve service delivery
• Enable data governance and analytics to support operational decision-making and performance management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant experience
• 4 years of progressive leadership experience
• 6 years of HR-related experience
