Job Summary

Leading HR operations in a full-time remote capacity, the Manager of Automation and Insights will drive automation, AI-enabled services, and analytics to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency while partnering with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage teams that design and sustain automation and AI solutions to improve HR operations
• Apply practical technologies to streamline HR processes and enhance service quality
• Enable data governance and analytics to support decision-making and performance management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant experience
• 4 years of progressive leadership experience
• 6 years of HR-related experience
